Verify before you buy or build

Users are responsible for verifying all quantities, dimensions, waste or allowance factors, supplier quotes, labor assumptions, labor rates, markups, taxes, overhead, product availability, manufacturer requirements, project specifications, drawings, tested assemblies, codes, field conditions, and supplier requirements before bidding, purchasing materials, or performing work.

Product selections

Generic material descriptions in BidSimp do not represent a specific manufacturer or certify that every selected size, thickness, type, gauge, or combination is commercially available or suitable for a particular assembly. Confirm final products with the project documents and supplier.

Arcade leaderboards

Public Arcade leaderboards are intended for ordinary gameplay. Users may not intentionally submit manipulated or automated scores, impersonate BidSimp staff through a public display name, or use a public name to post abusive or unlawful content. BidSimp may remove or correct leaderboard entries or public names that appear manipulated, inappropriate, or disruptive to the service.

BidSimp is provided as a convenience tool and may contain errors, omissions, or assumptions that do not fit a particular project. Use of the site and its outputs is at the user's own discretion and responsibility.
