REFLECTED CEILING PLAN

Find A and B.

2' × 2'
Ceiling layout training room A rectangular room with a Northwest start corner, light center ceiling tiles, and color-coded A and B layout dimensions.
WHOLE INCHESTap A or B, then type the whole inches.
FRACTIONOptional
A North wall to first rout hole / slot B West wall to first main runner

A starts at the North wall and B starts at the West wall. They meet at the first main-runner / rout-hole location. Submit your answer to reveal the full grid. Exact A and B values appear below the plan so small cuts stay easy to read.

PRACTICE THE MATH

2' × 2' ceiling layout practice

Each round generates a new rectangular room. Main runners stay North–South and the start corner stays Northwest so the challenge is the layout math, not re-orienting the drawing. Find A from the North wall to the first used rout hole / cross-tee slot, then find B from the West wall to the first main runner.

Learn the two starting dimensions

A establishes the first used rout-hole / cross-tee row from the North wall. B establishes the first main runner from the West wall. The trainer keeps those meanings the same every round.

See why the answer works

After each answer, BidSimp reveals the ceiling grid and dimensions the first rout-hole row and first main runner directly on the plan so you can connect the math to the layout.
