How to Use

Name your items

Sheet Title: An optional job or area name to identify this count, such as Second Floor Walkthrough.

Item Name: Your own label for what you are counting. Add a separate row for each item or size. Names are labels, so dimensions in a name are not calculated and matching names remain separate counters.

Count as you walk

Tap Add Item to create another counter. Each starts at zero and stays in the order you added it. Tap +1 whenever you find another item, and use −1 to correct a mistake. Switch between rows as needed; each keeps its own total. Edit a name directly without changing its count.

Count: The whole number of items recorded in that row. It cannot fall below zero.

Removing a row with a count asks for confirmation. Reset Counts returns every total to zero while keeping your item names, and asks for confirmation when there are counts to clear.

Total Count: The sum of all item counts, regardless of the wording or dimensions in their names. The total is included in copied results and the PDF.

The settings gear controls optional vibration, edge flash, and sound. These confirm a counted tap, not an online save. Preferences stay on this device. Vibration requires a supported touch device; reduced-motion settings suppress edge flashes.

Keep a separate record

Use Copy Results for a text message or field note, or Export PDF to download a count sheet. Both include named rows with zero counts and skip unused blank rows. Name any counted blank row before exporting.

Changes are saved on this device immediately when storage is available. Give the sheet a title and choose Save to dashboard to keep a private account copy. Account saving is confirmed only after the server responds. Later changes stay on this device until you save again. New Sheet starts a separate count without replacing the previous sheet. Use Saved sheets or your dashboard to reopen saved work. A guest sheet is uploaded only when you explicitly choose to save it after logging in. Copy or export before clearing browser data. An already-loaded page remains usable if your connection drops; first-time offline loading is not provided.
